Partial Refunds
Granted if an item is:
Opened or shows signs of use
Damaged or missing parts (not our error)
Returned after 30 days
Refund Process
We inspect your return and email approval/rejection.
Approved refunds issue to your original payment method within several days.

Sale Items
Only full-price items are refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
Marked gifts receive a store credit.
Unmarked gifts refund the purchaser.
Shipping Returns
You cover return shipping; costs are non-refundable.
